The BWNA Annual Owner Meeting was held on Feb 18 for the purpose of approving an annual budget and electing the 2025 Board Members.

Jim Mullaney presented the 2024 financial results and the proposed 2025 budget and annual assessment. 23 votes in approval were required to approve the proposed budget.

Mary Del Balzo is leading the Governing Documents Update Committee to create an amended set of governing documents (CC&R and Bylaws) that meet the current state, county and local statutes and guidance while continuing to reflect the nature and desires of the community. Mary provided an update on status and plans of the committee, specifically on the CC&R draft progress.
