Annual Assessment and How to Pay It
The annual Bauer Woods assessment is collected in March. A reminder of the due date and the annual amount due will be send to each home owner in early March. Along with the dues, updates and changes to the Bauer Woods Directory are requested at the same time to allow printing and distribution of the directory by the first of April. Instructions and/or a form for updating the BWNA Directory will be included with the email reminder.
The annual assessment amount for Bauer Woods and the adjoining developments are:
Bauer Woods: $400/year
Adjoining Developments (Carmel Estates, Bauer Homestead, Boitano Addition): $200/year
Adjoining Development annual assessment provides for participation in Bauer Woods events such as the annual Clean-up, but not for use of the common lands.
The annual assessment can be paid with a check payable to Bauer Woods Neighborhood Association. Instructions on amount and where to send or deliver the check will be in the annual assessment reminder email. 2025 annual assessment payment can be put into Pete & Jan Steinfeld's mailbox at 3145 NW 132nd Pl.
